These early orange seals have a tendency to degrade due to the amount of heat that is generated in the engine bay. Mercedes changed the material and color of the seal to make it deal with the heat better.

2011年6月1日 · ML CDI towing I have a 2007 CDI that I use to tow a all aluminum Thule 6 1/2 by 14 enclosed bike trailer, 1300 # lightweight, 3K GVW. Bought with 20K, CPO with extended warranty. More than enough power and good stability. Towing milage at 70-75 averages about 15, not towing 25 minimum. Back up camera a huge benefit in hooking up.
