FWT and …

Difference density map - Wikipedia
In X-ray crystallography, a difference density map or Fo–Fc map shows the spatial distribution of the difference between the measured electron density of the crystal and the electron density explained by the current model.
打开方式为,在Coot中手动加载polder map,选择“Open MTZ→mmCIF、fcf or phs...”
Creating maps and map coefficients with phenix.maps
phenix.maps is a simple command-line tool for calculating map coefficients from a model and reflections file, with optional FFT to generate an actual map file. The program is largely self-documenting; this section essentially reproduces the command-line output of the program when run without arguments.
Dictionary of common terms used in PHENIX
mFo-DFc map: the other most common type of map generated by refinement programs, along with 2mFo-DFc. Colloquially called a "difference map", although technically 2mFo-DFc maps also fall into this category. The mFo-DFc map is usually viewed at positive and negative contours (typically +/- 3 sigma).
Generating a polder map - phenix-online.org
A polder map is an omit map which excludes the bulk solvent around the omitted region. This way, weak densities, which can be obscured by bulk solvent, may become visible. Typical omitted regions are: ligands; residues protruding into solvent area and with unclear side chain orientations (such as lysine, arginine, etc.) C- or N-terminal residues
