We manufacture custom-designed mobile manufacturing units for smaller mining operations. These MMUs can pump or auger bulk emulsions and ammonium nitrate to produce explosives in blast holes at surface mining operations. These mobile units are specifically designed as a cost-effective solution for smaller operations.

Multiple mix pump units have the ability to manufacture ANFO and Heavy ANFO to auger or pump a blended product into blast holes. Bins are generally permanently fixed to the chassis. These units consist of an Ammonium Nitrate storage bin, Emulsion storage tank, fuel oil tank, water tank, hose reel and optional product additions tanks.

Mobile processing units (MPUs) are purpose-built vehicles that are used in mining operations to manufacture or blend Class 1 bulk explosives at the location of blasting. The MPU delivers the explosive directly into the blast hole via a pump or auger. Apart from minor residues, the vehicle is not intended to transport the manufactured product.
