Bank Aljazira confirmed receiving a no-objection letter from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) appointing the Chief Executive Oficer, Mr. Naif A. AlAbdulkareem, as a member of the Board of Directors in order to fill up the vacant seat of the Board and to complete its term ending on December 31, 2021.

Mr. Naif Saleh Al-Hamdan has more than 17 years of investment and real estate development experience. Currently, he is a Senior Director of the Public Investment Fund’s real estate portfolio. He is also the Board Chairman of both Bidaya Home Finance Company and the Saudi Korean Company for Maintenance and Properties’ Management (MUMTALAKAT).

Mr. Naif A. Al Abdulkareem has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Managing Director of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Board Member of SIMAH from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he served as Board Member of HSBC-SA from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Naif served as Chairman of SABB Insurance Agency from 2012 to 2018.
