The ACR 6.8 is a weapon appearing as an assault rifle in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, and as a marksman rifle in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. It was first shown at the end of the Call of Duty ELITE trailer. Later, the ACR 6.8 was also seen with a mounted Holographic Sight held by Sandman, in an Amazon pre-order wallpaper.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is the twentieth main installment of the Call of Duty first-person shooter series. Developed primarily by Sledgehammer Games instead of Infinity Ward and published by Activision, it is the third installment of the Modern Warfare reboot subseries started in 2019 and a back-to-back sequel of 2022's Modern Warfare II.

The ACR (Adaptive Combat Rifle) is an assault rifle featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty Online and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. It was cut from Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

The Sidewinder is also a Remington ACR (select fire) but in .450 Bushmaster. The Striker 9 is based on a planned LWRC SMG-45 variant in 9mm. The Holger 26 is meant to be an MG-36 although with a shorter G36K barrel.
