The 8th Maintenance Group provides on- and off-equipment maintenance on F-16 Fighting Falcons. The group also provides munitions, aircraft maintenance and maintenance operations support. Squadrons assigned to the 8th MXG are the 35th Fighter Generation Squadron, the 80th Fighter Generation squadron and the 8th Maintenance Squadron

The 176th Maintenance Group Airmen maintain C-17A Globemaster III cargo aircraft, HC-130J Combat King II combat search and rescue fixed-wing aircraft, and HH-60G Pave Hawk combat search and rescue helicopters.

The 355th Maintenance Group directs component repair, equipment maintenance, sortie production, and overall daily maintenance operations for 355th Wing and associate units. The 355th MXG supports eight flying squadrons comprised of 75 A/OA-10, 15 EC-130H, 8 HC-130P, and 14 HH-60E combat-ready aircraft with over 1,950 assigned personnel.

Airmen assigned to the 51st Maintenance Squadron (MXS) have provided the 51st Fighter Wing with outstanding aircraft maintenance support for nearly 59 years during periods of war and peace. It is the oldest squadron assigned to the 51st Maintenance Group. There have been 44 commanders leading the squadron since it was first activated in 1948.

366th Maintenance Squadron (MXS) The 366th Maintenance Squadron provides safe and reliable on/off equipment maintenance in support of more than 60 F-15E/SG aircraft.

The 20th Component Maintenance Squadron supports a combat-ready wing of approximately 79 F-16C Fighting Falcons and equipment. It maintains jet engines; accessory; and avionics components and systems; and a test, measurement and diagnostic equipment laboratory in support of three fighter squadrons.

The 28th MXG is comprised of four squadrons: the 28th Maintenance Operations Squadron, 28th Munitions Squadron, 28th Maintenance Squadron, and 28th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.

The 31st Maintenance Group provides peacetime and combat maintenance and munitions control, and executive support for the 31st Fighter Wing, geographically separated units under the command and control of the wing, and units gained during advanced stages of readiness.
