My unit encourages us to download Desktop Anywhere, and I began the process to do that. The first step is to download a DOD PKI link, then restart the computer. After I restarted the computer, I was no longer able to access the AF portal.

2021年1月20日 · I logged into AF PORTAL (https://www.my.af.mil) just fine the first time. i tried to download a virtual desktop from the portal and after active client downloaded it instructed me to restart the computer. I did that, and since then have not been able to log into the portal. i have since deleted all i downloaded, and nothing.
