2012年3月1日 · If you saw no voltage on the leads, probably means the wiring is shorted, i'd say hand over hand the wiring figure out where it's terminated then check. Also if you shut the car off take the DMM set it to impedance, measure the impedance of the two leads going to N345, if they are shorted, <1ohm, you just showed your wiring is bunk.

2021年1月9日 · For the last 9 months I’ve had a constant EML on with fault code 005629 - P1495 - N345 Valve circuit open or short to ground. Testing with vcds showed no voltage getting to the N345 valve when actuated. I ignored this for 9 months as it didn’t effect the cars driving however with an mot looming I decided to get it looked at.

2021年1月21日 · I found the diagnostic procedure...check ohm on the N345 for 38.5 +/- 6 and it was at 36 so the N345 solenoid valve seems to be okay. Next is to check the voltage at the wire connector for voltage with Car on egine off and then check it with Car off to see if you have battery voltage on terminal 1.

2018年1月27日 · I took a chance and replaced the valve (identical to N75), having read by many that it could be the connector or wiring to this solenoid. It has been fine circa just under 3 weeks and driven at least 300 miles but now the EML has come back with the same code. Confused on this one now, if its wiring how can it be so intermittent?
