The grid consists of finite-volume cells on which the CFD equations are approximated. Simplify grid generation. Reduce memory requirements. Divide grid for parallel computation. Grids can be structured or unstructured.

2024年4月1日 · VULCAN-CFD is a compressible, turbulent, Navier-Stokes flow solver with allowances for finite-rate chemistry and/or thermodynamic non-equilibrium. The cell-centered solver can handle either multi-block structured or mixed element (tetrahedral, prismatic, pyramid, and hexahedral) unstructured grids.
