Pursuant to National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 592 dated January 2, 2024, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has issued comprehensive guidelines for fund releases in Fiscal Year (F Y) 2024 under Republic Act 11975, covering the General Appropriations Act (GAA), Fiscal Year 2023 Continuing Appropriations, and automatic appropriations.
