Charles Joseph Angus (born November 14, 1962) is a Canadian author, journalist, broadcaster, musician and politician. A member of the New Democratic Party (NDP), Angus served as the federal Member of Parliament for the riding of Timmins—James Bay from 2004 to 2025.

Jagmeet Singh Jimmy Dhaliwal [a] (born January 2, 1979) is a Canadian politician who has served as the leader of the New Democratic Party (NDP) since 2017, and as the member of Parliament (MP) for Burnaby South since 2019. [4]

Charlie Angus has been the Federal Member of Parliament (MP) for the riding of Timmins-James Bay since 2004. He is a member of the New Democratic Party and currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics and is the NDP Critic for Indigenous and Northern Affairs (Youth).
