NGC 363 is a lenticular galaxy in the constellation Cetus. It was discovered on November 28, 1885 by Francis Leavenworth. It was described by Dreyer as "extremely faint, extremely small, round." [2]

NGC 363 is a Lenticular Galaxy in the Cetus constellation. NGC 363 is situated close to the celestial equator and, as such, it is at least partly visible from both hemispheres in certain times of the year. Given its B magnitude of 15, NGC 363 is visible with the help of a telescope having an aperture of 20 inches (500mm) or more.
