I processed this 3-4 times and had some real issues that turned out to mainly be calibration issues so I ended up shooting new flats at 3 seconds along with matching flat-darks and 90% of my issues went away. I did learn that going with 3 seconds even with my 071mc pro made a difference in the calibration of the integrated image.
