I find that hard to believe since the speedometer system on diesel units has the "over speed trip" generally set at 71/72 MPH.

18V is #8099; #8098 is 14V and #8097 is 12V. It is a T-1 (3mm), bi pin bulb with a G1.27 (or G1.3) base. Most parts guys and the usual bulb sources should have it. Less useful voltages are also available. Lionel part 8082-19 or 8011-09.

Lionel just had painted shells of the heritage units, they did look nice.
