I recently created a Windows 10 Pro 64-bit bootable USB flash drive with Rufus using the "GPT" partitioning system, but before starting the Windows installation process, I noticed two file system options, one FAT32 and one NTFS, and I selected NTFS, made the USB flash drive bootable and formatted the PC with Windows in GPT.

2020年3月12日 · How to completely format a bootable USB flash drive because I found there's a partition on the flash drive named "UEFI_NTFS" (EFI > Boot & Rufus folders with .efi files inside) that cannot be formatted. My other bootable USB with MBR partition can be fully formatted. I still keep the Win10 iso file & Rufus if needed. Thanks

2020年11月25日 · It took me less than 3 minutes to run the diskpart commands to clean the USB flash drive, create a primary partition, format quick as NTFS, mount the ISO file and copy and paste the contents of the ISO to the flash drive.
