1) Exit the NC I/O software to view the Windows desktop. 2) Launch Internet Explorer and navigate to https://www.newtek.com/downloads/. 3) Click the download button underneath the Studio I/O Module current version number. It will ask for your contact information (first name, last name, email address, and country are all mandatory fields).

On a Vixrt/ NewTek NC1 Studio system, how do you configure the inputs and outputs on the Input Module? Note: Access the NC1 using a KVM user station, or Bomgar. The NC1 runs on a Windows desktop computer similar to TriCaster and 3Play. Close the NC1 user interface using the X in the top-right corner to reveal the Windows desktop.
