2024年3月22日 · Let's say they mint 2 million 2018-P NIFC halves, and only 1 million sell. If the extra million 2018 NIFC are minted, and they are bagged and sent to the Fed and put into circulation, they were still not intended for that purpose. They were Not Intended For Circulation (NIFC) - even if many ultimately end up in circulation.
