2022年7月11日 · The elemental composition and valence states of the ZIF-67/rGO/NiPc were elucidated using XPS. As shown in Fig. 2b, characteristic peaks of O, Co, Ni, and N elements were present in the spectrum, with no impurity peaks except for the C signal and N element could be ascribed to the imidazole groups in ZIF-67 and pyridyl nitrogen in NiPc.
