The Southeast Surface Water Treatment Facility was developed by the City of Fresno to treat and recycle surface water from the Kings River for residential and agricultural use. Once at the facility, the surface water is treated to meet or exceed drinking water standards, significantly reducing the use of local groundwater supplies.
