This kepi has had two lives. It was first in the NSFK then later taken by one of the Slavic film studios. It has a period maker mark under the sweatband at the rear. Then it is stamped with a studio mark on the inside of the lining. Double vented and has the proper button and eagle. No mothing and the piping is perfect. This hat is a real beauty.

This NSFK officer kepi, often referred to as a 'coffee can' style cap, is an example which was privately made in blue grey trikot wool and lined in a gold colored silk. The cap features a full brown leatherette sweatband, silver metallic silver piping and a black leather chinstrap.

The kepi is lined with a fine blue gray wool cloth and includes the standard celluloid diamond with the maker Carl Halfar of Berlin stamped under the diamond and the size “57”. Also included is a “NS Fliegerkorps” (NSFK) acceptance stamp in the kepi.
