Het Operations Control Center (OCC) van luchtvaartmaatschappij KLM is gevestigd op Schiphol-Oost. Vanuit dit controlecentrum monitoren diverse disciplines alle vluchten van de luchtvaartmaatschappij. Er zijn verschillende disciplines vertegenwoordigd zoals planning, cabine, cockpit, techniek, customer care, maar ook onderhoud, reparatie en cargo.
