The Intelligence Community Campus-Bethesda (ICC-B) is a campus in Brookmont, Maryland containing offices for several agencies of the United States Intelligence Community. The campus was created in 1945 and initially served as the headquarters of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and its predecessor organizations.

ODNI’s National Centers integrate and coordinate the activities of the entire IC, or in some cases, broader U.S. Government in the IC’s major mission areas: counterterrorism, counterintelligence and security, counterproliferation, cyberintegration and counterinfluence.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is staffed by officers from across the IC and is organized into component offices. These offices fall under three main areas of focus: Core Mission, Enablers, and Oversight.

Located directly in the middle of most of the agencies that make up the Intelligence Community, ODNI Director James Clapper opened the new state of the art campus named Intelligence Agency Campus-Bethesda (ICC-B) that will house up to 3,000 employees who had been previously moved to Ft. Belvoir in 2011.

This campus, on a bluff across the Potomac from the CIA, is home to a few federal intelligence entities, including the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, National Intelligence University, and the Defense Intelligence Agency.

The Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) enlisted LEO A DALY to reinvent the 725,000 SF Intelligence Community Campus–Bethesda (ICC-B) as the consolidated home of 16 intelligence agencies.
