Odo Island in G-1.0 is used as a Navy pit stop, and if a kamikaze pilot such as Shikishima is able to divert from his mission to Odo, that probably means that Odo is somewhere much closer to where the the target of kamikaze missions usually were: the American fleet massing off the southern coast of Kyushu, preparing for DOWNFALL.

Odo Island. The Godzillasaurus is just a dated and kinda clunky generic theropod, while the Odo Island Godzilla is a badass fantasy/sci-fi creature. I am biased, though, as I don’t enjoy Godzilla VS King Ghidorah nearly as much as Godzilla: Minus One.
