In my case, I believe the main culprit in damaging my hair was the Olaplex 3. After using Olaplex 3 and shampooing with Olaplex 4, I used the Olaplex 5 conditioner. Upon rinsing, I noticed that my hair was gummy and tangled.

So then I went to Google and ask about Olaplex allergies and was so surprised to come up with so many people having had poor experiences with Olaplex. So much kept coming out that it constantly clogged the showers. I finally realized it was the Olaplex. I stopped using the shampoo and conditioner. My hair stopped falling out but it was too late. I recommend to my clients to get an a Olaplex treatment before and after a keratin treatment which uses an excessive amount of heat.
