Apr 25, 2011 · Went downstairs to look at the Ooma Telo and saw that the logo was flashing red. I unplugged it from router, plugged and unplugged the power, restarted router. The flashing logo went away but then the "1" and "2" buttons were flashing blue. I went upstairs to go on the Ooma website for answers and just happened to try the phone again and IT WORKED.

May 14, 2014 · Thank you for this discussion thread. Purchased Ooma Telo November 21, 2014. Blue logo light was off. Nowhere in the Quick Start Guide or on the Ooma web site are instructions on how to change the intensity of the logo nor how to turn the “Do Not Disturb” function on/off. Luckily, Google found this topic in the Ooma discussion boards.

Why every week the Telo unit goes through this same fault process. This is an older Ooma Telo unit is maybe 6 years old. Is my Ooma Telo just starting to fail?

Aug 11, 2014 · It ends up with solid red logo and the top rt. 3 lit (volume, bright, handset page). Sometimes it will eventually start the boot process again by itself with the only the 1 and 2 lit for about 30sec., then only the bottom 4 lights lit and running in sequence (stop, play, rewind ff), after that only the top right 3 will light as the ooma logo flashes red, eventually ending with top 3 lit …

Apr 15, 2022 · Randomly after a few days, I got no dialtone while there is a solid blue logo on the top of the OOMA device. The only way to restore a dialtone is to reset the OOMA by switching it power off/power on. Following discussions with OOMA support, I have tried to reserve a specific IP address for the OOMA and DMZ for that address.

Ooma user since Oct 2012. Have had no problems until recently (maybe due to the 191303 firmware in June - but not sure exactly when this started). Anyway telo still works OK making and receiving calls. However now ooma logo flashes blue 4 times every 10-15 seconds. I have never seen this prior. Telo still works perfectly.

Jul 10, 2012 · I have never gotten a white, purple or blue Ooma logo. Here's my setup: Phone --> Ooma Telo --> At&t modem/router combo (2701HG-B) At this point I am just trying to get a dial tone. What confuses me the most is the fact that the Quick Start guide claims that updating the Ooma Telo firmware should take from 5-10 minutes (on the initial boot).
