However, there is no actual brotherhood, its just an organisation based on how dogmatic the countries are. If you're more islamistic you're valued higher, but if you're less islamistic or god forbid, secular, then you're less valued.

Also to be clear this is an association of Muslim Nations and not Islamic states. Most of these countries are still secular. I wanted this to mirror the irl Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and the European Union.
