As the original ones have long ago perished just replace them with eye dropper rubber bulbs. The platter spider is not as critical but sorbothane works well. When all mounting rubbers have been replaced this is a top quality turntable. Used in many broadcast studios in Australia and built like a bridge.Equivalent to Lenco or Garrard 301.

2011年1月25日 · Orpheus Silex and a couple of questions. Last week I picked up the Orpheus which I think would be very unfamiliar to most, if not all on this forum. Made in Melbourne, Australia in 1959, it's a broadcast table (Transcription, whatever that means?) and came with a Decca tonearm fitted with the Decca ffss cart + a spare.
