Customer: chevy reduced power mode, codes p0220, p2135 persistant and will not clear. Truck sets p1518 code after engine running, will get to about 2000 rpm. Then after turning engine off will not rev up again unless p1518 code is erased.

It's the old throttle issue. P0120 P0220 P1516 P2135. I put on a new accel pedal, and a new pigtail to the throttle body. Runs great for a day w multiple restarts, leave overnight and she's coded up again. If that's the throttle module over to the right of the brake booster, I can see those plugs have been violated, so this is no new issue.
