2013年8月28日 · I have an 07 Mazda CX-7 with 147,000 miles. We have had numerous issues with this vehicle and lately it has been the P0401 code. Saturday, my husband and I took off the EGR valve and the EGR pipe to clean it. Needless to say, there was tons of carbon build up. We used an air hose and brake cleaner to clean as much out as we could.

2005年6月23日 · When I got my truck inspected last week it failed with a P0401 code "EGR flow insufficient." Following various sources of advice and moving along the process of elimination I have replaced the DPFE Sensor, EGR Vacuum Regulator and the EGR valve. I have even cleaned out the tube that feeds this system from the exhaust.

2009年11月3日 · I have a p0401 EGR insufficient flow code. Replaced the EGR valve 2 times, 2 different brands, same problem. With the egr unbolted from the intake (vac port plugged) I can scope the blue wire and it shows the command to open in steps. I scope the brown wire (return) and it shows the valve opening. And the valve opens in steps. Working properly.
