Jun 8, 2015 · It would die when clutch pulled in at idle. Turn signals would not cancel themselves. I replaced speed sensor and all seemed fine for about 10 miles, the engine and battery lights came on and battery drained. Checked and tightened battery cables and charged battery.Turn signals now working. Code still flashes on P code, P0562.

Jun 5, 2010 · Therefore my approach would be to get the P0562 code cleared 1st. Then see if the Relay code goes away or comes back. We know the P0261 & P0263 can not really be 100% true because the bike does run.

Aug 22, 2012 · My 2007 FLHR has both check engine light and battery light stay on. Have read a lot on bad stators and regulators. Codes are P0562 and P0151. Not ready for the dealer yet as I would like to be able to troubleshoot from this end. With the help of the forum members of course. Any suggestions?

Sep 9, 2008 · P0562 code was thrown. Battery had low voltage so charged, still threw code. I then checked charging system by following a post on the forum. All checked good. Took battery in and tested good, but everytime I charged the battery it would not keep a charge and bike still would throw code P0562 when I rode.
