P0562 is battery voltage low. This code is probably what set the P0700. The P0700 just means that there is a code stored in the trans controller, which was the P0562 if you didn't have any other ones that came up. If your battery terminals were corroded it could have caused this.

Got to the office and ran the codes, this time coming up with P0700 Transmission Control System (MIL Request), P0891 TCM Power Relay Sense Circuit High, and P0562 System Voltage Low.
