Mar 9, 2015 · The P0625 states that the “Generator Field Terminal is Low”? This means to me that if there is 12 volts plus to ground on wire SDC14 (Alt1) or SDC16 (ALT2) then the problem is in an alt or wires from the alt to the PCM.

Test the main battery cable at the alternator for B+ and the OG/LB wire at the 3-pin connector at the alternator for B+ as well. They both need to be the same as battery voltage.
