The code P1051 is for Bank 2 A/F sensor Heater. The P1168 is a close loop code that is most likely due to the A/F sensor. You will need to replace Bank 2 A/F sensor to resolve this issue. This is the one on the passenger side of the engine.

P1051 is for air/fuel sensor bank 2 which is the front sensor on the driver's side and P1168 is closed loop control or basically telling the computer that the car won't go into closed loop, most likely caused by a faulty air/fuel sensor.
