P1221 and P1514 both point to an apparent issue with the throttle body or wiring. P1345 is apparently not related, that points to a problem with cam to crank correlation, basically telling you that cam timing is not where it belongs, which can be caused by a faulty cam advance actuator or sprocket, or worn engine components (timing chain).
