The Camry has had the check engine light come on only twice and both were defective gas caps. The first one cost me $120 ($85 for the diagnostics check, $20 for the gas cap, and the balance for tax and environmental fee).

2015年7月22日 · 7 months ago, in December, I experienced my first red triangle of death. It happened on a warm start, but drove fine. Took it to O'Riley, they used an Innova 3120 to check the codes, and these are the 3 that came back (P1455, P0420, P3191). After starting the car the 4th time, the warnings went away, and all seemed well.

2012年3月13日 · I've got a 2002 Prius with 140k+ miles. Check engine light came on over the weekend, took the car to the dealer. Dealer pulled code P1455 and recommended dropping the tank to inspect for leaks at a cost of $420. I don't believe we've ever overfilled the tank. Can I drive the car with a leak in the internal fuel tank bladder?

2019年5月31日 · The code cleared and after another 150 miles, multiple days and multiple driving cycles the code has not returned. My reading of this whole experience is that fumes accumulated between the fuel bladder and tank during those 3 years of sitting (triggering P1455) and they were slowly vented after the car was back on the road.

2009年10月11日 · P1455 is small vapor leak of fuel atnk. Could be a loose gas cap. P3191 is the engine no start or slow start. We often suggest cleaning the throttle plate / fuel indiction system. Or, new spark plugs. The computer you mention should have the number 89661-47054. If yours does, a new computer may not help.

2020年10月6日 · Ive been driving it but it’s still throwing the p3030 code. It has also thrown p3191 and p1455 and p0302 in the past few days. Always p3030. Im hoping the cylinder 2 misfire (0302) is just because of some bad gas from sitting for 2 months... any other insight on any of this would be much appreciated.

2015年3月22日 · The actual code being set is P1455, small evaporative system leak. Wow, this looks like a major job to access the fuel tank bladder where the canister is mounted! I studied the PDF referenced, and it is interesting that there is a fuel cutoff valve designed specifically to prevent overfilling!
