2021年4月16日 · Fast forward to now, I found no leaks so I decided to drain, fill, replace filter on the transmission. I did not see anything out of the ordinary looking at the trans fluid. Trans temp still runs high, but now has a hard time going from 4th to 5th engine revs and it shifts hard, and notice the check eng light. I pulled a P1716 code.

2011年6月6日 · I checked the codes and it came up as a P1716 which is a turbine revolution sensor... so basically the tranny pan needs to be dropped and a sensor needs to be replace. There is no tranny fluid leaking so that is a good thing.

2010年7月2日 · So my 2005 Titan Se with 145000 miles on it started having a problem with the engine cutting out when its hot and when Im revving over 3000 rpm. I took it into the dealer and they said it had a code of P1716 - a short in the turbine rev sensor.
