2017年3月30日 · The P2422 code now shows up as a historical fault so I'm pretty sure I'm good. Just need to complete a full drive cycle and the let evap test complete to be 100% sure. Hope this helps if anybody else that see this code, especially if you see the code after driving through water.

2024年11月17日 · My 2018 Odyssey showed P2422 Evap Vent Valve stuck closed. First thing to note: an Evap Vent Valve and Purge Valve are two completely different things, so don't get confused when searching parts. The photo I'm including is actually a snapshot from a YouTube where the guy removed the whole charcoal canister.

2008年10月8日 · That cleared that code ok Amazingly, right after I left my Mechanic the light came back on. Thinking it was the O2 again I was confident it would still be a easy fix. Not really The new code was P2422 Evap valve stuck closed Well we have tried everything, checking the lines, canister, valve, replacing the valve today with a brand new oem unit.

2023年9月9日 · My CRV was driven through a fairly deep puddle during a heavy rainstorm back in early July 2023. After this, the check engine light illuminated. When I read the trouble codes, I saw P2422 and P1454. I reset the codes, hoping it was caused by a transient issue, but the P2422 code came back. Took the vehicle to Honda for diagnosis.
