2014年4月23日 · Removing the intake manifold, it's dated 12/07, so has been replaced on my 12/04 engine. The control flap is clean and rotates freely. I removed the crimped on cover to reveal a clean gear mechanism having nothing obviously broken so could it be the motor?

Removing the intake manifold, it's dated 12/07, so has been replaced on my 12/04 engine. The control flap is clean and rotates freely. I removed the crimped on cover to reveal a clean gear mechanism having nothing obviously broken, I can only think it's the motor.
