2019年4月23日 · There was a member here that had a bunch of DTC manifest when he replaced his coil packs. One happened to be P3425. It was suggested that a connector in the engine bay may have been the cause which the dealership confirmed there was a short in the connector. Might be worth a check, see post 8 in the thread below.

2013年6月2日 · P3425 code. Definition: Solenoid 4 circuit. Explanation: The ECM has detected a fault in the solenoid control circuit. Probable cause: 1- Open or short circuit condition. 2- Faulty MDS 4 solenoid. 3- ECM fault. I usually feel when the MDS activates and notice the drop in RPM's but did not after the water pump replacement.

2012年10月23日 · P3425 MDS solenoid 4 circuit P3441 MDS solenoid 6 circuit P3449 MDS solenoid 7 circuit When it comes on the engine will cut out like it is loosing fuel pressure and last for a few seconds then goes back to normal but the light stays on. The most server symptom is that the engine will completely die, usually at a stop light.

Even had a flight recorder installed for an extended time that didn't tell them anything.

I'm afraid to take it out because I don't want to get stuck somewhere. This has happened 4 more times since then over a 10 month period. Dealer called today.
