Studies on the K28 mutant of p65 revealed a counteractive effect on PPARγ-mediated ubiquitination and degradation.

2022年2月22日 · We find that, upon ROS stimulation, TRAF6 mediates K48/K63-linked ubiquitination of ATG9A, enhancing ATG9A-Beclin 1 interaction, PI3KC3/VPS34 activity, and autophagy activation. These results reveal a role for ATG9A ubiquitination in regulating oxidative stress-induced autophagy.
