SSR's tend to fail in the on mode, and putting switch 2 in series with switch 3 prevents a failed SSR from scorching the wort when the pump is off.

2008年6月12日 · Once you are within a degree or so, set the output to your measured 'stable temperature' output level (for me, 25%). THEN hold down SET to return to PID control mode. "Bumpless transfer" will tell the PID to use that last setting (25%) to start with and adjust itself much more sanely from there.

2015年11月26日 · The Auber DSPR sends a signal to a solid state relay to turn on and off, so it doesn't care what voltage is going through the relay. It can be used to control 120, 240, or both depending on how you have things wired up. Since my post was at the bottom I'll add that I went to a switch and contactor instead of the rotary switch I referenced above.
