My facebook profile picture was Randy Marsh from the "ghost ectoplasm" scene for a while. So, naturally once PS4 came out it became my profile avatar. About six months later I logged on and it was a giant red circle with an X through it. I imagine something similar to this would happen.

Open the app on your phone, click on the profile icon, click on the 3 dots at the top right (options menu) and select Change profile picture. You will need to login to authorise the picture change, but once done, your friends will see your new picture, while anyone who isnt a friend will see your standard PSN picture.

My cousin is having a problem, he saves his stuff on his PS4, uploaded the save, has both Xbox and PS4 linked to his rockstar social, however he was not given a pop up for account migration, nor does he see anything about account migration in the online section of the pause menu.
