2023年2月27日 · No WAY. This worked for me too! Mine was drifting left. I could hear something at around 80° (the opposite side) as I was twisting it with my palm and the sound slowly went away. I turned my PS5 back on and my awful stick drift was gone!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

2021年3月24日 · My findings on the Duelsense drift so far: Like many of us, I have experienced controller drift with the new Duelsense. To be precise, my first issue with drift happened roughly 2 weeks after purchasing the console.

I bought a PS5 in May and by June I already had significant controller drift- even tho I made sure to wash my hands before I touched the controller too. I bought a new controller on amazon and going to send back the original.

2021年10月18日 · And none of my Switch or PS5 controllers have drift at all. Drift by itself IS a problem, but it's hard to say if it's remotely widespread. Or if it's due to the way it's used, or whatever. It's all hearsay and hard to prove as a real problem. I'd say the Switch is a case where it's a legitimate problem, as Nintendo even altered their design.

It's completely random the drift issue, I've always looked after my controllers and I'm never heavy handed with them and my launch Duelsense started drifting after about a Month, got a replacement that started to drift after about 3 months, they have improved the quality tho with the Duelsense revisions, I've had a V2 Duelsense in Purple for over a year and it's still perfect.

I'm thinking of buying the PS Portal but honestly, my biggest concern (for me) is the stick drift the PS5 controllers have. With the Edge is not a problem because you can switch that part of the control but with the regular ones in my personal experience, it's terrible! they start getting drift at a very short term (a couple of months after ...

tl;dr: We now have a program that can make worn controllers more accurate and fix light stick drift without changing the potentiometers. It also lets you calibrate newly swapped sticks and removes the need for calibration boards. Carpikes, a programmer who reverse engineered the ds4 calibration, has now managed to do the same for the DualSense.

2023年4月10日 · Luckily, I have a higher end gaming laptop that I can use for CoD and the PC space allows for me to consider 3rd party controller like 8Bitdo or Gulikit that have hall effect sensors which reduce the likelihood of getting drift. It just sucks because PS5 Duelsense controllers feel so nice and comfortable, but the drift is out of control.
