The Annual General Meeting (AGM) must be held by 31 March each year. The P&C Secretary must provide at least 14 days’ notice of when and where the meeting is to be held. The date for the AGM should be determined at the last general meeting of the financial year.

The office-bearer positions determined by the AGM, according to both the Standard and Prescribed Constitution are declared vacant and are then elected. The positions are as described in the Constitution:
