2020年10月1日 · Optimal interlayer conditions in organic photovoltaics (OPVs) were investigated. Full coverage of the bottom electrode and good charge selectivity were important. ZnO enabled the OPV to attain 18.5% efficiency under ambient lighting such as LEDs. This study gives guidelines to develop highly efficient and reproducible OPVs.
