It sounds like the noise is coming from the right rear area. When I speed up, the noise repeats faster. It happens in forward and reverse. The noise is intermittent.

2006年6月14日 · Yea, Polaris has their advantages, but the belt drive has always been suspect in my view... The shaft or gear-driven atv's seem more reliable, BUT, it the shaft/gears break/wear out, look out, the cost is exponitially more than a $50 belt!

2019年10月5日 · Mule. Polaris is nowhere in the same class with Kawasaki for reliability and toughness. We have a fleet of side-by sides at work that get used and abused all day every day. We have tried all kinds over the last 25 years. We have stuck with Mules. Polaris is toward the bottom of the heap, IMO.

2020年10月5日 · Polaris batteries are garbage, mine made it about 18 months and had a buddy who's didn't even make it a year. I replaced mine with a odyssey extreme pc925 and it cranks so much faster and no issues running a winch and led lights. It was a little pricey but beats a dead battery once a year.
