The Pennsylvania Railroad K4 was a class of 425 4-6-2 steam locomotives built between 1914 and 1928 for the Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR), where they served as the primary mainline passenger steam locomotives on the entire PRR system until late 1957.

2007年4月9日 · I read somewhere that the Loewy streamlined K4 was first painted tuscan, then, soon after, repainted brunswick. Only one of these was ever made. In 1940, 4 other streamlined K4’s were made from a PRR in-house design, which, to myself, as well as others, looked more elegant than the Loewy version.
