Founded in 1999, the Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN) has played a pivotal role in the development and empowerment of Philadelphia's youth. At it's core, PYN was established to be a collaborative effort to address the multifaceted challenges faced by young individuals in the city.

Founded by Atlassian and Squarespace veteran Joris Luijke and Culture Amp Co-Founder Jon Williams, the Pyn team has seen firsthand the struggles leaders face when communicating to their employees and delivering coaching.

PYN brings together key players across sectors to alleviate a root cause of poverty by preparing 12-24-year-olds to become productive working adults.
