During the re-fit period AMI carry out works in 24 spaces throughout the vessel’s interior and outside decks. Uplifting and replacing over 13,000M2 of carpets through all guest alleyways and public rooms. Replacing the beautiful Queens Room dance floor, re-finishing another seven dance and timber floors.

2024年5月17日 · Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 was drydocked at the Botlek facilities of Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam in the Netherlands between 23 October and 12 November 2023 for an operational refit. The shipyard and other contractors carried out technical maintenance, refitted interior carpets and refurbished staterooms onboard Cunard’s flagship.

After a 25-day dry dock refurbishment, Cunard’s Queen Mary 2 left Hamburg looking fresher than ever. The legendary ocean liner underwent a major refit.

Following its final stop in Hamburg on October 22, 2023, the cruise ship sailed directly to Rotterdam and has been in dry dock since October 23, 2023.
