2025年3月2日 · So I don't see how permission issues would affect just Quartus Prime. Note that I also tried moving the FPGA folder all around, even to the desktop, but nothing helps. Quartus just didn't like my PC. But, as seeing its not a common issue with Quartus Prime, I guess its just some other program I have or something here that's causing this conflict.

2025年1月15日 · Also did you verify that Quartus 20.1 is using the recent JTAG server instance, can be checked in Services under Altera JTAG server or by executing jtagconfig in cmd window. I would try a fresh install of recent Quartus standalone programmer which includes Signaltap and load your present Signaltap file from there.

2025年2月9日 · But I don't think the board-aware flow is available for Cyclone 10 devices in Quartus. Or at least there aren't already created board.xml files for existing dev kits. You may need to create a custom one which you can do in Quartus or Platform Designer.
